So I think I have narrowed it down. One of the things that cause me to lose my footing: Failure on the weekends. Failure on the weekends stems from a sense very early on in the weekend that there is less of the weekend than I need to feel fully complete. A feeling of completeness will come from the accomplishment of both business and personal tasks and more so the personal tasks that make me feel I am making progress with life.
So how should this be conquered?
Just as one may have themed weeks one can have themed weekends where the focus and the tasks as well as the recreational outlets vary. This is bound to relieve the pressure of trying to achieve it all and feel it all every weekend.
A sample blueprint for weekends looks like this:
